Eric J. Einhart, Esq. has been named to the 2022-2023 Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NY NAELA).
Established in 1987, NAELA is a non-profit association of attorneys dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities. NAELA’s mission is to educate, inspire, serve, and provide community to attorneys with practices in elder and special needs law. NAELA currently has more than 4,000 members across the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. NAELA Members are attorneys who are experienced and trained in working with the legal problems of aging Americans and individuals of all ages with special needs.
“I consider it an honor and a privilege to be elected to the New York NAELA Board of Directors,” Eric said. “It is such a thrill to be able to be a part of educational and advocacy efforts that will have a direct impact on the lives of my clients, colleagues, and fellow residents of New York. I am also honored to continue Russo Law Group’s tradition of leadership in the areas of Elder Law and Special Needs Planning in New York and nationally.”
The New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) is a professional association of attorneys who are dedicated to assisting clients with public benefits, probate and estate planning, guardianship/conservatorship, and health and long-term care planning.
New York NAELA provides its members with continuing legal education, conferences, networking events and newsletters on a broad range of Elder Law and Special Needs Planning topics. NY NAELA attorneys must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York and must be members of the national organization of NAELA.
