Eric J. Einhart, Esq. has been named to the 2022-2023 Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NY NAELA).

Fundada en 1987, NAELA es una asociación de abogados sin ánimo de lucro dedicada a mejorar la calidad de los servicios jurídicos prestados a las personas mayores y a las personas con discapacidad. La misión de NAELA es educar, inspirar, servir y proporcionar comunidad a los abogados con prácticas en derecho de la tercera edad y necesidades especiales. The New York Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) is a professional association of attorneys who are dedicated to assisting clients with public benefits, probate and estate planning, guardianship/conservatorship, and health and long-term care planning.

New York NAELA provides its members with continuing legal education, conferences, networking events and newsletters on a broad range of Elder Law and Special Needs Planning topics. NY NAELA attorneys must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York and must be members of the national organization of NAELA.
