Creating a Will and/or Trust for your children is one of the most important steps you can take to protect their future. It is so important that you find an attorney who will guide you through this process with empathy, understanding, and the knowledge and expertise to ensure that your wishes and your children’s future are protected. Katie Ann Trotta went above and beyond my expectations to help guide me through this daunting endeavor. My trust also involved a co-op which makes the process more complex. Ms. Trotta made me feel so comfortable as she made sure I understood every step of the process and answered every question thoroughly so I walked away from this process feeling relieved that I had done the best for my children. I really hit the jackpot to come across Kim Christian at Russo Law!  Every person in the company is warm, welcoming and helpful.  I like that the company has multiple locations and is a large practice.  Kim Christian in particular has my highest praise!  She helped me with my will and other legal documents, helping me to plan, giving sound legal advice and making suggestions I would not have thought of. Our attorney, Katie Trotta, did an excellent job guiding us through every step of the process, explaining everything in detail and making sure we understood. My wife and I went to Russo Law for estate planning. We met with Tommy and right away we were at ease. He took the time during the consultation to explain the entire process and what we needed. He spoke to us like “regular people”, not in law terms. He never rushed us and probably answered the same questions over and over. He was always professional and returned phone calls and emails. Never once did we have to go looking for him. It was a long process but he walked us through the entire process without ever rushing us. I was very nervous about taking this very important step in my life so I’m glad Tommy was there for us. The Lido Beach office is located in Nassau County at 250 Lido Boulevard, Lido Beach, NY 11561. It’s on the southwest corner of Alevard Street, across from the Lido Beach Golf Course. Entrance and parking are in the rear of the building, off Alevard Street.

FROM THE MEADOWBROOK PARKWAY

Meadowbrook Parkway (South) to Loop Parkway, Exit M10 (heading to Pt. Lookout/Long Beach) (DO NOT go into Jones Beach). At the end of Loop Parkway (Exit 10), you will come to a T, make a right turn onto Lido Boulevard and proceed EIGHT (8) traffic lights to Alevard Street. At Alevard Street, make a left turn and then a right turn into the parking area.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Long Island Railroad to the LONG BEACH Station. Taxi and bus service are available.
