Melanie Castillo serves as the Administrator of Russo Law Group, P.C., bringing over 17 years of experience with the firm. Since joining in October 2008, Melanie has developed a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operations, culture, and client service philosophy. She began her career at Russo Law Group as a receptionist in the Islandia office and quickly advanced to become the personal assistant to Vincent J. Russo, where she gained invaluable insight into the firm’s leadership and strategic direction.

In January 2020, Melanie assumed the role of Administrator, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, staff management, and organizational strategy. She plays a key role in enhancing internal systems, improving workflow efficiencies, and supporting the firm’s continued growth. Melanie is deeply committed to fostering a collaborative and client-focused environment, ensuring that both staff and clients experience the highest level of professionalism and care.

Prior to joining Russo Law Group, Melanie worked as a preschool teacher, an experience that helped shape her strong communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with others—qualities she continues to bring to her role today.

Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and children. She is also an active supporter of The Theresa Foundation and enjoys attending concerts and comedy shows.
