Eric J. Einhart, Esq.: Vice President of NAELA Board of Directors

In a significant acknowledgment of his dedication and expertise in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning, partner Eric J. Einhart, Esq. has been elected Vice President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term.

What is NAELA?

Established in 1987, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) is a professional association dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities. Members of NAELA have specialized knowledge and experience with the unique legal issues faced by older Americans and people of all ages with disabilities, areas in which Mr. Einhart has demonstrated unparalleled proficiency and leadership.

As the NAELA Vice President, Mr. Einhart will assume a pivotal role in the organization’s leadership. In addition to his leadership duties, he will chair the NAELA Bylaws Committee, ensuring that the Bylaws are up-to-date and aligned with the Academy’s needs, as well as overseeing that the NAELA Chapter Bylaws comply with NAELA’s overarching Bylaws.
