Eric J. Einhart, Esq. Appointed as Secretary of the 2022-2023 NAELA Board of Directors
Eric J. Einhart, Esq. has been named to the 2022-2023 Executive Committee of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as incoming Secretary.
Established in 1987, NAELA is a non-profit association of attorneys dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities. NAELA’s mission is to educate, inspire, serve, and provide community to attorneys with practices in elder and special needs law. NAELA currently has more than 4,000 members across the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. NAELA Members are attorneys who are experienced and trained in working with the legal problems of aging Americans and individuals of all ages with special needs.
The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) has announced its appointment of Eric J. Einhart, Esq., of Garden City, New York, as Secretary of the 2022-2023 Board of Directors. He begins serving as NAELA Secretary as of June 1, 2022.
“I consider it an honor and a privilege to be appointed Secretary for the 2022-2023 NAELA Board of Directors,” Eric said. “It is such a thrill to be able to be a part of educational and advocacy efforts that will have a direct impact on the lives of my clients, and colleagues. I am also honored to continue Russo Law Group’s tradition of leadership in the areas of Elder Law and Special Needs Planning nationally.”
As NAELA Secretary, he will serve in a critical role in helping to lead the Academy towards achieving its goals.
