A big congratulations to Vincent J. Russo who has yet again, been named the Best Lawyers’ Elder Law “Lawyer of the Year” for the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut). Vincent has been honored in the Best Lawyers publication since 2007.

Best Lawyers is the oldest legal peer-review organization in the United States. Since 1983, lawyers have been nominating and voting for their colleagues to cumulate the list of  “best lawyers” for that year. Lawyers are asked “If you were unable to take a case yourself, how likely would you be to refer it to this nominee?” Every year, millions of evaluations are received.

Each year, the recipients need to re-earn their title as the Lawyer of the Year for their area of practice. This ensures that those nominated are still considered to be the most esteemed in the profession.
